The distribution of the Royal Dutch/Shell Transport SEC Settlement Fund to approved claimants with timely filed claims is complete. The distribution was completed on March 15, 2011. As of November 14, 2011, all uncashed checks are void, have no cash value and will not be reissued. If these checks are presented for payment after November 14, 2011 they will not be honored and may result in a fee being charged to you by your bank. The Distribution Agent and his Agents are not responsible for any fees you may incur from your bank.
